 Massage Series

The massage series was created as a way to help integrate massage therapy in your busy life without the worry and hassle of scheduling your session at the perfect time. The hours never expire allowing you to take advantage of what you have already paid for months after purchase. If you feel you need to have a massage plan but are unsure of how long or short of a time period you need before your next session, your massage therapist will gladly speak with you about a specific massage plan tailored to your needs.

For a better idea of a massage plan here are a few:

Weekly Massage Therapy Plan

Usually for clients who have repetitive routines causing chronic discomfort and for those who might have recently started their journey to feeling better through massage therapy.

Bi-Weekly Massage Therapy Plan

Usually for clients who have experienced chronic pain and have felt relief enough to maintain their progress without their muscles slipping back into an injured state. Bi-weekly massages are also great for stress relief from everyday stress and wonderful for emotional healing through difficult times.

Note: Massage Therapy Plans are not set in stone. You may skip a session if you feel that you are not needing a session or you may schedule your session early if you have injured/stressed your mind and body. You will not lose the session if you decide to skip it, however we do ask you call/text to reschedule the session 48 hours before the session begins.

How can I help myself between my sessions?

The best advice we could offer is to soak in your tub with Dead Sea Salt and your favorite aromatherapy. Lavender - relax, Eucalyptus - circulation,  Breathe better with peppermint aromatherapy.  Be sure to stretch after while your muscles are still warm. Make this a weekly routine and enjoy a better nights sleep as well as an increased range of motion and flexibility. Remember the saying, “ if you don’t use it you’ll lose it”? Be sure to get some exercise in weither it be light walking or an hard day in the gym.
